I have been created a Customer Portal in ServiceCamp. How to publish an URL for inviting end customers to get support?

URL of customer portal as ticket ID is included in every notification that user gets.
If user clicks on ticket ID he will see customer portal page where he can login and see his tickets and open new ones.
