Hi Orcus, I have sent you the previous release - the issue with the black screen is a bug in the current version and using the previous version is a workaround. So please do not update to the current version ;) I will inform you when we published a new version with a fix.

Hi all, Thank you for your contribution. The message appears when you connect to TeamViewer 10 or when another session is using VoIP. There is a chance that the message disappears if you disable the option "Record partner's video and VoIP" - you can find this option in TeamViewer under "extras - options - remote control". Hi again, We've discussed this topic again internally and have come to the conclusion that we want to share with everyone the Custom Build that contains the fix. Here you can find the links (version 12) for the Host module and the full version: Host module Full version We do NOT guarantee that this version is without any bugs – as I said in my previous post, this is not an official release. There could potentially still be other bugs included – it’s up to you if you want to install this version or not. Cheers

Hi all, Thank you for your contribution here. Yes, it is true that we found a solution for the problem - we gave a CustomBuild to a few customers to test it and it seems like we finally found a fix for the problem. However, we cannot publish this version at the moment since it is a CustomBuild and not an official TeamViewer release. I will inform you, when we published an official version. A big THANK YOU to everyone here who helped us with giving system information or testing different things Maurice asked for. And of course a big THANK YOU to @Maurice our developer who fixed this. Hi TeamDex, Thank you for your feedback. We normally do not give the feedback regarding the insider builds becaus we do not want to force our users to activate them. As I said before it is still possible that there are other bugs in an insider build.

Hi TeamDex, This bug should be fixed in the current insiderbuild. You can activate the insider builds in TeamViewer under "extras - options - advanced" but please keep in mind that these are (as I said) insider builds which means there can still be bugs. Hi Giffore, You can change the settings for the random password - you can find the option "Random password after each session" in TeamViewer under "extras - options - advanced". If you choose "Generate new" it means that you cannot connect with the same random password twice and it will generate a new one as soon as the session ended. Well if you hand out your password for unattended acces, it is always possible to connect to the machine.

Hi all, Thank you for your contribution in this thread :) I double checked the issue with our development. The provider has a problem to connect to our servers when LTE is activated (as you can see in some previous posts, a workaround at the moment is to disable LTE). So the provider has an ISP issue and they have to make sure that they can connect to our servers and they have to set *.teamviewer.com on their whitelist. We already reached out the provider and we kindly invite you to get in touch with them and ask them to grant you this access.

Hi timjim, It seems like there is a problem with the wifi and not with the mobile network. TeamViewer on Android can only connect throught port 5938 - please make sure that this port is open for outgoing connections in the network.
