Do you get this message that the license has expired when you are not signed in to your Computers & contacts list?
Are you also getting the message when you are signed in with the TeamViewer account you activated your license on?
The license is not activated on the device itself, but it is connected to your TeamViewer account. Please keep in mind: You have to be signed in to your TeamViewer Account to have licensed connections.
