good morning. I installed the latest update of team viewer but I can not connect to another PC to have access remotely (always indicates connection in progress). I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, but to no avail. thank you @Per wrote: We use the Quicksupport to help our customers around the world, but it has stopped working.
