My partner is running QuickSupport. We use TeamViewer because my partners are mostly computer-illiterate. But I'm having one partner in Costa Rica that desperately needs my help. I'm unable to help him because I cannot log onto his computer. It worked a couple of times and hasn't worked for the most recent dozens of times. He's frustrated. I'm frustrated. I don't know what to do next. I'm using the latest TV14.
