I installed QuickSupport on an iPad with IOS 12. Using TV14 on my Windows computer. I followed the installation and connection flow, and the iPad gets the message to allow remote support, then I tap the "Start Broadcast" radio button, getting the popup window where you have to click "Startbroadcast" again. The iPad shows the Screen Broadcast flashing red button, along with a red button on the notification line at the top. But the screen does NOT broadcast to the Windows TV14 window, which is still showing the message "your partner needs to execute the following steps...".
When I stop the screen recording on the iPad, it saves the recording to the Photos app, which I then have to delete on the iPad. :-/
So, I'm not getting a live broadcast, and I DON'T want it to save the recording either.
Am I missing somethign here?
