Reason: Our clients need remote support on their iOS devices Problem: Screenshot sharing method of current App is just sub-par. It provides only pointed client perspective. Clients rarely take screenshots of mistakes they are making because they don’t think they are mistakes. By not being able to witness client behavior on an OS like iOS you are severely limited in troubleshooting. Solution: AirPlay hosting. Allow clients to stream their iOS device onto their computer screen. This allows technicians full view of the entire screen experience. It does not allow remote control, but it severely opens up walk-thru opportunities and has helped us significantly. Current Test: When Teamviewered into a client machine, I do the following: 1) Install Airsquirrel’s Reflector 2 on client’s Mac or PC 2) Launch the application 3) Guide the client to make sure their iOS device is on the same LAN/WiFi network as their computer, and walk them thru airplay’ing their device iOS to their computer. 4) Once the full stream of the device pops up on their screen I can begin watching and walkiing-thru what they are experiencing Concerns: (as a team viewer build-in) Requires an active connection to a client's computer as host Client Must be on same LAN as computer Client Must achieve enabling AirPlay Client Can not be using the iPhone being supported for the call they are on with you for support - Airplay does not work during phone calls MAJOR REQUEST: Teamviewer development has a habit of not putting all of it’s features (even flagship) in the Mac experience. As an apple and consultant who has 15 Macs and only 10 PC’s in his office, this is **bleep** my team as we have varying TeamViewer user experiences as support personnel. Please build the ability to do this into the Mac (as a support rep side) of the experience, because if you guys add this feature and I can’t use it at my own desk/laptop, I will be sad. Thanks for considering!

It would be wonderful if the Mac version of Teamviewer Full had the same features (espescially flagship advertised ones) as your PC version. It's 2017, plenty of your Support Rep Side Technicians are sitting at a mac. Thanks for understanding! (Specifically ability to Deploy/Install Host from a QuickSupport session seems to be missing, happy to be corrected!)
