TeamViewer will mention Avira even if this is not the cause, it is just presented as a possible cause. Really, the error occurs when TeamViewer cannot connect to our servers/routers.
You can try completely disabling Avira for a short period of time to see if this resolves the issue. If it does work, then unfortunately Avira is the cause and we can only advise that TeamViewer needs to be added as an exception.
We don't know enough about this third party application to advise exactly how to do this sorry.
