I am having the same problem. I called the 800 number and was told that TeamViewer is no longer offering support to its Free users. And that email support for free users is shutting down as well ("if it has not already"). So, I was told the only way for me to maybe get help would be to write to the Community. When I told the "customer" support person that the Community postings indicate this is not an issue that can be solved via the Community, he said, "I don't know what to tell you. As I've state many times, there is no longer support for free users. We wouldn't be doing so well if we continued to support non-paying customers.You could try using a different computer or something." !!! I was appauld by this "customer" (paid only) support person. So, since I don't plan to buy a new computer for the sole purpose of using Team Viewer and there is no customer support for free users and the Community can not help, there seems to be NO way to fix this issue. Has any one found a solution?
