So, i searched about my problem many people are having exactly same problem on community but there is no answer or update at all, everyone just suggest us to give full access via options but it is already in full access. I have an office and office computer, it has teamviewer and i was able to connect and control for couple days, then suddenly when i clicked desktop my control on pc is gone, i am able to see the screen but cant control any. It happened before either, that time i simply restarted teamviewer on office pc and it connected. But now i am abroad and i need my files. On host computer, all access are granted. It only happened me after teamviewer updated to version 14. I dont really know how to solve this problem. Both computers running on windows 10.
