I currently have TV version 12.0.93330 installed on a headless Ubuntu 16.04 client. Whenever I access it via TV, I get a notification that this client is using an outdated version of TV and to do a remote update. However, when I click the "Remote update" button, it just takes me to the main TeamViewer website.
So, is there a way to perform a remote TeamViewer update on this machine without losing connectivity to it in the process?
Most of the info I found says to unistall the existing version of TV and then install a new version. But the moment I uninstall the existing version, I am going to lose connectivity to this client and will not be able to access it again.
