As a number of people have commented, this was not an answer, and the problem has not been resolved. Teamviewer still shows up as not running on a partner computer (or on the Teamviewer console of the computer itself) when Teamviewer is actually showing it is open and running. How this problem was closed with an "answer" that contained no information, but only a statement that the problem was mysteriously fixed, when the problem wasn't fixed at all, only goes to show another problem with the Teamviewer support. Now, how do we get an ongoing and consistently reported problem unmarked as being "solved", when it wasn't solved at all....???
