If you want to deploy settings for the remote Host devices, please create a new setting policy within the Management Console. With this policy, you have the possibility to change the settings for the device whenever you want.
The change of the policy in the Management Console under Design & Deploy is applied immediately after you click on Save.
If a device is currently offline, the policy will be applied right after the device is coming back online.

Note : Options that affect local settings, the TeamViewer account or security-related settings cannot be defined in the TeamViewer Management Console.
