Best advice I can give, use another product. I've been dealing with this for 3 weeks now. Purchased a new computer and within days had the remote connection issue claiming it was commercial use. I submitted the form, didn't get an email back or anything indicating they even got it or were working it. Today (almost two weeks later) I reached out to TV on facebook and they indicated that they reset my account and it should work fine (but it wasn't) and that I needed to submit another request for the machine in question (two to be specific).
Laws of diminishing returns - Time = money. I have now spent beyond reasonable time resolving the problem, their improper use policy doesn't even give you 5 minutes, but more like 60 seconds, so its not like you can even pretend to use a remote session, so its driven me to one of two options. Pay the company money that refuses to solve your existing problem, or switch to another product. I'm chosing the latter. I wouldn't mind paying for something that expidited the solution as well as offered preimum features if it was reasonable, but i'm not paying extra to get the same product, simply because they feel i'm not using it for personal use (its my home computers on my home network, but MSTSC isn't quite as robust for video mode so I use their software).
