I am hoping some admin or teamviewer associate can help. I was flagged as a commercial user 2 months ago despite only using it to help my friends and family. I requested a reset twice, was told to supply a document indicating i was using it for personal use, which i did, and still no word. When i reach out to teamviewer, i get no response. I am unable to help my family and impossible to get any update on this. its incredibly fustrating.
