I want to cancel my subscription. The link provided in the solution does not direct me to any ticket, I can't find it anywhere. I tried calling, but no consultant is available. If you need assistance, please contact us via www.teamviewer.com/support. Cancel my subscription (both of them) and leave me alone. I consider my renewal cancelled.
