Have you purchased licenses from the same email address? I could confirm that one of your licenses has been ordered. Please check your email so you can see an order confirmation email.
Once you have activated your license, please raise a ticket and explain in a ticket that you have not received another order confirmation email with your another email address.
Since we can't ask you about personal information, this is the best way we can provide in the community.
