Can you kindly check your email inbox for receiving order confirmation email and TeamViewer invoice please. Your license information should be sent with your invoice. Then kindly try the license activation steps from the following KBA please:
How to activate your license? - if you purchase TeamViewer licnese like Business, Premium or Corporate;
How to activate your Remote Access Plan - if you purchase TeamViewer Remote Access plan;
How to activate your Pilot License - if you purchase TeamViewer Pilot license.
After the successful activation on TeamViewer account, you may submit a ticket with your licensed account.
Alternatively, if you encounter any difficulties during license activation or maybe no invoice received from TeamViewer, kindly contact TeamViewer support team for more assistance and discussion please.
