I have been using TeamViewer for personal use to log on to a remote computer for several months. It has worked okay and I have set up a connection to the remote computer, but today for no reason it logged me off and I am unable to log back on. It says there is no internet connection, or I must be using a proxy server. I do not understand why it has been working for months and suddenly I am no longer able to use it, log in or find the remote connection I set up. Nothing has changed between yesterday and today. My internet is working fine. I spent the last hour searching for a solution and there is nothing to help me figure out why this is happening. I gave up and just tried to set up a new account, but my email is associated with the old account that no longer works. Does anyone know how to make this work? Thanks.

I am connected to a remote computer and no matter what settings or screen resolution I use, the screen is so small that it is impossible to view it or do anything. I tried switching to full screen, tried every resolution on the list and every view setting on the menu. Nothing works. I have been connected to the same computer before with a different laptop and it was fine. Unfortunately, I cannot work at all with TeamViewer now. Is there any way to make the screen a normal size, or even slightly larger so it is useful?
