I do not use my TeamViewer for commercial use and filled out the declaration of private use form and my TeamViewer was reset to non-commercial use. I just recieved an email saying that they could not confirm that I use this only for non-commercial use after I revieve my email about TeamViewer being reset and they want me to fill out another form. This would make the third time filling out the form. I did not use the program in between the emails. How can this be corrected? I tried calling TeamView and could not talk to anyone since I was not purchasing the software.
