I have a version 12 license with one channel and 3 devices. Those 3 devices have been assigned for months and months. Suddenly yesterday I went to use Teamviewer on my two mac and both came up with a message saying it was changing to the Free version. I have changed nothing on those macs. The only thing I can think that happened on those machines is the High Sierra security update that got pushed to them twice. Did that change the Teamviewer ID somehow? I hate to go in and use deactivate and reactivate on the new ID because you only get so many of those moves!
