I am really not happy with the support staff right now, I have E-mailed them 5 times about this issue and yet every single time they ignore my E-mails and simply don't want to help me. I tried calling TeamViewer but they tell me that Live Support is not available for personal use with TeamViewer. For some reason last week I started getting false commercial use suspected warnings. But now today I got a message saying that commercial use is detected. I only use it for helping friends and relatives and connecting to my personal computers. I hope anyone can help me with this issue because I'm thinking of switching to LogMeIn or WebEx if the support staff won't help me.
