We use TeamViewer for remote desktop assistance. Recently we have started using servicecamp for support ticketing system. However, we can't seem to integrate TeamViewer Service Queue and servicecamp. Also, we would like to keep the number of interfaces to the minimum. Is there a way for our support technicians to connect to client's computer directly from servicecamp, i.e we would like servicecamp to be our only touch point for support tickeitng system as well as remote desktop management console.
