Message on QuickSupport I can't get TeamViewer 13 on Linux MInt 18.3 Cinnamon to communicate with TeamViewer QuickSupport on my iPhone or iPad. Everything seems fine and I'm able to choose "Allow" on my iPhone when I try to establish a connection but then an error message appears on my iPhone. It says (freely translated from Swedish) : The server did not respond within the specified time. Try again later. Any suggestions what to do? I need to be able to remotely view my Mum's iPad's screen so I can help her out when she needs my help. Please help me. Everything works nicely using Windows 10 but I use Linux on my laptop.
