Thanks. When you run out of backup space on the cloud and change the data being backed up you have to wait 30 days before the space is released from the cloud. Will there be functionality to be able to manually delete data in the cloud? Also is it / will it be possible to change the setup so that it doesn't keep the data for 30 days? e.g. if delete the data on the PC then it deletes it in the cloud without waiting for 30 days? I see both options of keeping it for 30 days and deleting it immediately being valid options. Thanks Paul...

In the situation that the Installation got stuck and the message in the Management Console reads ITbrain Anti-Malware instalaltion in progress please follow the steps below to reinitiate the installation.
Connect to the affected machine and open TeamViewer-> Options -> General
Remove the Account Assigment and then log in back with your account to add it.
If the Remote connection is not possible another alternative will be to delete the device temporarily from your computer list in the Management Console and then add it back.
By performing the above operations the instalaltion message will reset and you wil be able to Activate ITbrain Anti-Malware again.
The reason why this situation can happen is that sometimes due to some network conditions the instalaltion requests is not sent properly. If it happens again please contact us directly at: email@example.com in order to investigate further this situation.
