Dear Esther, First, I am suffering the same issue. (Partially, I'll explain below) Hope the following may help. I have 2 desktop, a laptop and a pad. The 2 desktop are located in 2 different location (so 2 different LAN environment), the other 2 devices are mobile connected based on where I use them. So the PARTIALLY I mentioned at the begining. One of my 2 desktop is working fine and another, which the router is not in reach of my control, could not logon to teamviewer. I have tried with my laptop at the GOOD location, the teamviewer works fine. However, when I move to the BAD location, it failed. Also another guess with my pad share a hotspot for my laptop, teamviewer works fine. So I guess this may be LAN related. As the GOOD location's router is controlled by myself and has a regular reboot setting, I guess the DNS has been refreshed automatically. But I couldn't tell if the other location's router has been refreshed or not. Hope the issue could be solved soon. Stev
