TeamViewer offers four different standard licenses:
- Remote Access
- Business
- Premium
- Corporate
All licenses are designed to be used with a TeamViewer account.

TeamViewer Licenses
▹ Remote Access
The Remote Access License is an endpoint-based license designated for a single user. It allows to the user remotely connect to a maximum of 3 devices from an unlimited number of devices.
Use conditions
- The Remote Access license must be linked to a TeamViewer Account.
- The Remote Access license is a single-user license.
- To use the license, you must sign in to TeamViewer.
- 📌Note: The device used to start the remote connection does not need to be assigned as a licensed device. Only the 3 remote devices that will receive the remote connections must be licensed.
- This license has a single channel - only one device at the time can start a maximum of 3 remote sessions.
- You can change your licensed endpoints up to 3 times per month. Your move count will reset on the 1st of each month allowing you the ability to move the license 3 times within a month’s time frame.
- 💡Hint: If you need to change frequently the licensed devices, we recommend looking at the other TeamViewer licenses that could better fit your use case, or contact our sales team for assistance.
📌Note: If you wish to license a device running ChromeOS or a Windows Server, a Premium or Corporate license would be required. More information can be found here.
💡Hint: To remote connect to a mobile device, the MDS (Mobile Device Support) add-on is required.

▹ Business license
The Business license is meant for a single user who needs to connect to unlimited endpoints, from a fixed set of a maximum of 3 devices (e.g. Desktop A, Laptop B, Mobile Device C).
Use conditions
- The Business license must be linked to a TeamViewer Account.
- To use the license, you must sign in to TeamViewer.
- This license is designed for a single user.
- This license has a single channel - only one device at the time can start a maximum of 3 remote sessions.
- After activating the 3 devices of your choice, TeamViewer will allow 9 additional movements per year in case you need to format or exchange a device.
📌Note: If you wish to license a device running ChromeOS or a Windows Server, a Premium or Corporate license license would be required. More information can be found here.

▹ Premium license
The Premium license allows starting the remote connection from unlimited devices. In the Management Console, it's possible to create a Company Profile to manage and share the license with multiple users.
Use conditions
- The Premium license must be linked with at least one TeamViewer Account.
- Allows the creation of a Company Profile to add up to 15 licensed users.
- 📌Note: For more licensed users, please check our Corporate license, or contact our sales team for assistance.
- Multiple licensed users can sign in to TeamViewer at the same time on different devices. However, this license has a single channel - only one device at the time can start a maximum of 10 remote sessions.
- 📌Note: If you need multiple users connecting concurrently, further add-on channels must be added. Please check our Corporate license, or contact our sales team for assistance.
💡Hint: To remote connect to a mobile device, the MDS (Mobile Device Support) add-on is required.

▹ Corporate license
The Corporate license allows multiple users to start the remote connection concurrently from unlimited devices. In the Management Console, it's possible to create a Company Profile to manage your users and devices. The Corporate license also allows Mass deployment (MSI package – rollout TeamViewer via script)
Use conditions
- The Corporate license must be linked with at least one TeamViewer Account.
- Allows the creation of a Company Profile to add up to 30 licensed users.
- 📌Note: If you need more licensed users, please contact our sales team for assistance.
- Multiple licensed users can sign in to TeamViewer at the same time on different devices. This license has 3 channels - therefore, 3 devices at the time can start a maximum of 15 remote sessions.
- 📌Note: If you need more than 3 users connecting concurrently, further add-on channels must be added. Please contact our sales team for assistance.
