您好。

我暂时无法去被连接设备所在的实验室，我可以操作远程更新被连接设备TeamViewer 软件版本，但是我担心更新过程中，软件重新安装的时候，连接就断了，这样之后就再也连不上了。

而且我尝试过其他电脑去连接，发现可以成功，因此我猜测应该不是双方TeamViewer 软件版本或是网络的问题。

不知这时候该如何解决......

同时，请您尝试将双方设备的 TeamViewer 后台服务重启后再次进行连接。

情况是这样的：

假设我是A，原本可以正常连接B，但是自从C连接过B几次之后，A就一直连接不上B，显示正在连接......，并且A换过几台电脑，几个网络，还是连接不上B。

但是C依然可以连接上B。

注：A和C的电脑都是windows下最新版本teamviewer，B是linux下15.1版本teamviewer

请问可能是什么原因？
