New UI is not good for us at all, more clumbsey and setting up new systems wtih unatended access is longer and more cumbersome. **bleep** were you guys thinking?!?1 -

Corporate users with 30 licences and 1900 agent users. The new UI is shocking. We service over 1000 tickets per day and rely on Teamviewer ID and Password access, which is buried in the sessions area…3 -
