TeamViewer interface with FreshService (IT license & asset management)

Hello there,
I have two questions on FreshService interface with TeamViewer. There is a TeamViewer app created by FreshWorks:
- Could you please show, how to import all TeamViewer Sessions into FreshService? Is this a question to the TeamViewer company or to the freshWorks company? I didn’t find any information on how to import TeamViewer Sessions. The only information I found is this article on TeamViewer knowledge base, but doesn't provide any answers to my question above:

- How to import all available TeamViewer IDs from TeamViewer into FreshService and to match those TeamViewer IDs to IT assets of our customers?
I would be very grateful for any advice!
