Patch management policy email notification
Recently upgraded TeamViewer to include Monitoring and Asset Management. I can change the recipient of monitoring policy email notifications, but not for patch management policies - this is greyed out to my own address. I want to change it to send to a shared mailbox. How?

same problem here so for now I've just turned off notifications. My guess, for now at least, is you will have to be content with setting up a rule in Outlook that can forward the email to the shared mailbox once it is received.

Hello same problem here, More than one year after these messages and nothing has changed?
I can not able to change the patch management notifications to another email account, how can be done it? 😡
