Win Server 2012, Endpoint Protection givs error "could not connect to teamviewer Endpoint Protection service" when user open office outlook 2016. Any help?

TeamViewer Endpoint Protection outlook addin was designed for Workstation operations. The Outlook addin can only be started once on the system. It can monitor only one Outlook archive at a time.
For Server operations we recommend disabling the Outlook addin, especialy for terminal servers where multiple users log in at once. The On access scaning will take care of the protection for opened files from the utlook when users will try to open them.
In the next months we are preparing a big update to Endpoint Protection which will solve many situations like this.
