Monitoring Error

My orginization is on a trial for the Monitoring & Asset Management, however we can't use the feature at all.  When we try to view any details about a device, we either receive the "An unspecified error has occurred" message or "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request. mWhjEmScDia-3-1-32-c7y."  I can't find anything about the error code, any advice?

    I started a trial and I'm seeing the same issue. I only have 12 more days on the trial, it doesn't look like I'll be able to properly evaluate it.
