Communication Bluetooth Beacon -> Tablet -> Cloud
Hello,
we are a logistics company and carry colled and frozen probes. We are operating 3.5to vans that are actively cooled by Thermoking hardware. A client now is asking for a temperature logging and remote access.
My idea is to install beacons in the cargo bay that is sending it signal to the tablet the driver is using anyway. The latest bluetooth should be powerful enough to bridge from the cargo bay to the cabin.
The tablet has a gsm card and can be accessed via Teamviewer. I´m now looking for a smart IoT solution that is gathering the data sent by the beacon and brings it to a cloud based solution. Does anybody know a similar project realized in the past?
I could also run an app on the tablet to safe the data locally, get access to the tablet via TVer and download it but this will need some manual work and I would like to avoid this.
