Endpoint definitions stuck on no update yet.

Hi Im trying to get the endpoint to work on my mac (10.15.7) its constantly stuck on no definition update yet and doesn't want to update. Is there a script to force it to check or what do i need to do for it to kick start it to looking for the definition

    We're also seeing a similar issue on a Macbook Air running 10.14.6.
