The session player <fileName> could not be opened.

I am using the latest version of the TeamViewer (15.13.7) on my MACOS and I have the old recorded TeamViewer call file in .tvs format. When I try to open this file I keep getting the error:

The session player <fileName> could not be opened

I am not sure how to resolve this issue. I have already the latest version and also, I am unable to get the option to convert it into ".MP4" within the EXTRAS option in TM. So I cannot open the file nor I can convert it and play in another media player. Can someone please help me how can I open this file? As I am working remotely at home, I am unable to test it on any other system as well.
