With the new version, I am having trouble with playing video files during my meetings. The participants cannot hear unless I unmute my microphone. Even though the "Play Computer Sounds and Music" box is checked. Whats the deal? I didn't have this trouble before.
Update. I finally was able to contact live support and found out that Teamviewer Meeting has a bug that prevents Android devices from receiving audio. I was able to present a mp4 file and all participants were able to hear the audio. Windows PC, Apple, and Iphone devices did not have any issues. Only Android. The Tech support person I was working with told me she would submit a bug report to the programming team. I have yet to see a update in the change logs that addresses the issue. I guess we will stay tuned.
