Recovery email alerts

Hi,

Is anyone else having an issue where they are not able to stop the recovery email alerting, how to disable these Recovery alerts?

There is alot of features which was within Monitis which Teamviewer haven't migrated across to Web Monitoring. I would have assumed that Teamviewer would have improved the service which they were providing through Monitis into Teamviewer but this doesnt seem to be the case.
