Enquiry about using Same "Display name" for multiple user
I was wondering if, the same "Display name" can be used for multiple users when using the chat feature.
For example: All Service Desk Employees to appear as "HelpDesk" when chatting with other employees that require their assistance. Just the display name. I'm not talking about all receiving same messages or something, just the "Appearance" when talking with someone they help, while assisting remote.
