Problem with Management Console - Remote Management - Monitoring


My boss has a TeamViewer Corporate license. We also have access to Remote Management - Monitoring.

Recently, we have replaced servers with some of our clients. The TeamViewer server monitoring software was installed on the new and old servers.

However, since this is a new server it has a different TeamViewer number and a TeamViewer name.

The new server is shown as active in Remote Management, but the old server is shown as "Device is disconnected" in alarms.

  1. Is there any possibility to remove such an inactive device from Remote Management without starting it?
  2. If so, how to do it?
