Hello,


I have an inconsistent issue when my customer use the pilot app and a Bluetooth headset. They inform me that once the app opens the Bluetooth is disconnected. this has happened a few times and was wondering if anyone else has seen it. It has happened with different people and different phones. Is there process the customer should follow to connect the Bluetooth headsets to hear me during the remote support?
