Old Monitis customer still receiving OFFLINE Agent Alert emails


We are old Monitis customers that has recently been migrated to Teamviewer Web Monitoring but we still receive alert emails for offline agents. Since the old Monitis administrative web interface no longer is accessible we cannot disable these. I have been in contact with the support but the agent I spoke with did not know about Monitis and could not help me, anyone know the best way to get help removing these alert emails?

    I concur with Anders, we are in the same situation. We still received the Email round-trip from Monitis but we can't disable them since the account is disabled.

    I hope someone from teamviewer could help with this.
