How do you make sure that you don't get charged for a subscription that you don't want?
It's amazing how difficult it is to manage my account settings. My account status says it's a free account but I received an email saying I'll be charged $228. There is nowhere on the site to ensure my licence is cancelled. Wasted time reading support info telling me to submit a ticket - there isn't a spot to submit a ticket - the website just gives the runaround and sends you back to this forum. VERY, VERY disappointed with TeamViewer and how difficult you have made this.
