videocall api, dosn't seem to do anything

Hello community,
I looking through the API documentation and was looking to use the following API:
start.teamviewer.com/contact/<customer-id>/authorization/prompt/mode/videocall
Unfortunetly the endpoint dosn't seem to do anything at all. I get the message "Teamviewer is starting and will automaticly connect", but then i get the "Connect to partner by partner-id", instead of calling the account directly.
I have tried the following API instead using the "present" mode, and this one works perfectly.
start.teamviewer.com/contact/<customer-id>/authorization/prompt/mode/present
Any idea to why the videcall mode, dosn't seem to be doing anything?
