Remote management
I have 2 pcs that i support MAYBE 2-3 times a year. One pc is my parents, the other pc - inlaws. I am certain i am not the only one in this boat. I don't mind paying a reasonable fee - but there are no price points that i've seen, that fits the rarely needed support role I am in. I like the convenience of TeamViewer because i don't need my parents to do anything - other than calling and saying "hey son can you look at our computer". I have a work around where i can have them go a website, download a quick extension, and walk them through the process. If you have dealt with parents in their late 70's, with little computer knowledge, you will understand the need for little hands on from them as possible.
Is there a reasonably priced support model or recommendation anyone can suggest ?
