How do I apply our paid license to this account so I can open support tickets?

We have paid for our TeamViewer account and are ready to begin the process of migrating our Monitis monitors.

How do I apply our license to this account so I can open a ticket with Support regarding issues with the migration? When I try to paste the new license key in my profile it is rejected as invalid.
