If if i have a free TeamViewer account, can i use the dial-in number on the site for a meeting?

because I tried to put in my meeting ID, and the system said I should go to blizz.com (which is TeamViewer,com) and call the dial-in number that's for free licenses.

is there a different number for free licenses?

it will be very appretiated if someone can help.
