Alarms don't send email

Hi,

Recently I activated web monitoring, and I set to send notifications to 3 email addresses.

The alarms appear in the monitoring table, but I do not receive any email with the respective notifications.

How can I solve it?

    Hi,

    From what I understand, in the web monitoring section, if a certain monitor (eg server uptime) has fallen, the alarm set for it is automatically sent to the specified email addresses specified when the monitor was set. As this does not happen (this was the issue under discussion) I have no email to send you. I can only send you one of the email addresses used, for example: [Personal data removed], I don't know what they will use you for.

    So in addition to the settings you make when setting up a monitor, are there any other settings (activations or deactivations) that could influence the transmission of alarms via email?
