Problem with join to a new meeting - errors

Hello, I have a problem when i try to connect to new meeting.

I create meeting on first computer, and next i try to connect on other computers.

I write a ID Meeting, click Join and after 5s new window closed.

I tried that on few laptops and always was the same problem.

In logs files i see only error like below:

Where is a problem?


I have the latest version and i use commercial license.

    Hello @ssu11,

    Could you please open all the ports TeamViewer uses, as it seems that those are blocked?



    Check if the ports are open and let me know if the issue persists.

    Unfortunately. The problem still exists.

    What else can i check?

    The problem occurs on all computers, different networks.

    The problem is only with the application: TeamViewerQJ
