Anyone having recent issues with noise suppression?

On our two most recent TeamViewer meetings, the audio feedback was unbearable. We have been using using the tool successfully for over a year without experiencing these problems. There were at least several seconds of echo each time a participant would speak before it went away. It appeared to be coming from attendees who where using laptop audio/microphone.
